During the summer of 2015, Toi received her license to sell her FAMOUS PEACH AND APPLE COBBLERS, SWEET POTATO AND PECAN PIES to restaurants and businesses.
Toi has sold her famous pies to celebrities such as Philip Bailey (lead singer of Earth, Wind & Fire), Howard Hewett (R&B singer and former lead singer of the 80’s group, Shalamar), and Robert Lawrence, (brother/producer of actor Martin Lawrence). She has also sold to several local and nationwide customers.
